Pay attention to your body. What makes you feel good? What makes you feel bad? Really think about it.
I feel my best in the summer. When I’m in the sun, I’m eating mostly fruits and vegetables, I’m drinking lots of water, and I’m out moving more.
I’m happiest when I’m staying on top of work and spending lots of time with the people I love.
Eating clean and moving your body isn’t a punishment, it’s self-love. When you’re mistreating your body, recognize that. Examine it for a minute and locate why you’re doing that - it’s not usually hard to decipher. Work, finances, family, etc. Just locating it helps.
When it’s not easy, check yourself.
Why are you letting this get the best of you?
All of this is to say, we all deserve to feel our best.
I haven’t cracked some secret code - I just take it day by day and am easy on myself. 
Just remember you’re loved - by others AND yourself. The rest is just about expressing it.
