Feel it fill you up - lift you up.

Feel it like a hug from a loved one or a good sip of wine. Breath is where peace lies and where serenity sits and waits. It's there. Even through all of the madness that we sift through, the calm sits dormant. It's there if you need it, hidden among the anxiety that we bear. Take a moment to close your eyes and feel your breath.

Feel it travel down.

Feel it fill you up - fill up your cup. Give you strength. Bring in the calm.
