All Corvo Jewelry is made-to-order in Los Angeles, California.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of our pieces that all orders can take up to 20 business days to be made. Orders typically ship within 10-15 business days.

  • Do you do custom pieces?
Yes, we'd love to discuss making your custom jewelry. Please contact us at info@corvojewelry.com to discuss your own personal design.
 
  • What is your ring sizing?
All of our rings are standard US sizes.

  • Do you accept returns?
All of our jewelry is handmade on a made-to-order basis. Because of this, outside of repairs and any claims of defects, we do not accept returns.

  • Can I still cancel my order?
If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund. Outside of that 12 hour time window, we do not typically accept cancellations since production has begun on your piece.

  • Can I order a necklace or ring in a different length or size not on the site?
Of course! We're always happy to offer custom lengths and sizes in any of our pieces. Please contact us at info@corvojewelry.com

  • How long will it take until my order is shipped?
Most orders are made and shipped within 10-15 business days, however some pieces may take up to 15-20 business days. If you're concerned about the timeframe, please email info@corvojewelry.com if you have urgent requests.
For insurance purposes, all orders require signature upon delivery.

  • Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship globally as we have yet to run into problems!
**Russia may have restrictions on your destination. If our checkout allows your order to be placed, it will almost certainly be fine. We’ll notify you immediately if we have any trouble getting your items to you but unfortunately, once we ship your item, the courier is responsible and it's largely out of our hands. We're happy to help as much as we can.

  • Do you pay taxes/fees/duties?
The customer is responsible for all taxes and duties on orders required to go through customs.

  • Can you do rushed production speeds?
Yes, please email info@corvojewelry.com and we will try to accommodate your request.

Avoid exposing gold jewelry to harsh chemicals and be aware that sand or particles similar to that may scrape the surfaces of high-polish pieces.

Corvo Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Additionally, we do not refund shipping charges on return items.

Unfortunately, once the shipment is with the courier it's no longer in our control. But as a courtesy, we are happy to help you with any transit issues as much as we can.

If you have any issues upon arrival, please contact us and we would love to make it right as best we can.
